JobRad® explained in brief:

Fresenius Medical Care leases the JobRad® for you, and you can use it whenever you want: for commuting, everyday life, vacations, or sports. The monthly payments are automatically deducted from your gross salary over a period of 36 months. Thanks to payroll deduction, tax incentives, and a monthly employer contribution of €5.00, you can save up to 40% compared to buying directly.

From dream bike to JobRad® in 3 steps

  • Register once in the meinJobRad®-Portal.
  • Get advice in-store or online from one of approximately 6,800 JobRad® specialist retail partners.
  • Choose your desired bike, apply for it through the portal, and secure your tax advantage.

Three years already over… What happens at the end of the contract term?

  • About 6 weeks before the end of your contract term, JobRad® will inform you about the next steps. However, this does not yet include a purchase offer.
  • Have you booked a service for your JobRad® but haven’t yet used all the services? Then quickly schedule an appointment with a JobRad® authorized dealer near you.
  • About three weeks before the end of the contract term, you will receive information from JobRad® regarding the possible purchase of your JobRad®. You can decide based on your current situation and preferences.
  • Regardless of this, you can also start looking for a new bike for a follow-up lease. At Fresenius Medical Care, you even have the option to lease up to two JobRads at the same time. Just visit a specialty retailer to get inspired.

Eligibility

All employees who have been with the company for at least 6 months and are expected to remain employed for at least another 36 months are eligible to participate. Employees on a collective bargaining agreement salary (excluding allowances or bonuses) can purchase the JobRad using the 2027 future allowance under the collective bargaining agreement.
