Requirements
Fresenius Medical Care offers various company pension plans. To be eligible for the Company Pension, you must meet three requirements:
1. You have an ongoing employment relationship with one of the participating companies of Fresenius Medical Care,
2. You joined Fresenius Medical Care or a participating Fresenius company before 1 January 2020. For employees who joined later, special rules apply. You can find more information here. (Upload follows)
3. If you joined before 1 January 2018, you must be under the age of 55 at that time.
It is not necessary to register or apply for participation - participation is automatic.

For life
The Company Pension works on a simple principle: you retire - you receive a lifelong pension calculated according to a pension formula.
longer = higher
The longer you work for Fresenius Medical Care, the higher your pension will be. It's as simple as that.
Employer-funded
You do not have to pay any contributions yourself. The company pension is fully funded by the employer. If you want to make your own contributions, you can participate in our Direct Insurance.
Risk benefits included
The Company Pension is more than just a retirement plan. While you are still working, you and your family are also covered in the event of disability or death.
Administration and Accounting of Company Pension Scheme
For questions about your claims from the Pension Scheme 1988/2016 and/or Deferred Compensation 2002, benefit statements, pension applications, pension calculations, or future pension accounting, your contacts at Mercer are available from Monday to Friday (except on national holidays) from 09:00 to 17:00:
