3-day Executive Health Care Program in Damp on the Baltic Sea

The VAMED Prevention Center is located in the far north of Germany, in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Damp, right on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the Schleswig-Holstein Baltic Sea coast. The highly specialized team of medical specialists, psychologists, nutritionists, sports therapists, physiotherapists, and manual therapists offers you individually tailored health prevention programs—and a pure vacation atmosphere.

During your preventive treatment, you will stay in a superior room with a sea view and full board at the newly renovated Ostseehotel Midgard, part of the Ostsee Resort Dampland, located in the same building as the VPC. You will enjoy all the benefits of Germany's first and only Viking-themed resort, including free access to the spacious sauna facilities, the fitness area, the fun and sports center, the discovery pool with heated outdoor area, and the seawater panorama pool.

In the morning, a rich buffet awaits you, followed by a two-course lunch and dinner in the à la carte restaurant Limerick.
