Health is our greatest asset. That's why we offer our long service employees an exclusive health check: the Jubi Health Check.
The check is carried out at a HELIOS Prevention Centre (HPC). This is our way of helping you stay healthy all the way to your well-deserved retirement and beyond.
3 good reasons for the Jubi Health Check
All-round prevention
The Jubi Health Check is unique: it goes far beyond the preventive check-ups offered by the statutory health insurance funds. The check-up is carried out by specialists. An internist will accompany you throughout the programme and take the time to listen to your concerns: You will receive important information about your health status in a detailed initial and final consultation. You will also be provided with a written report with your results.
All in one day
To get a similar check-up privately, you would need to make multiple appointments with multiple doctors and allow for potentially long waiting periods. With the Jubi Health Check, you will be checked from head to toe in just one day - with a maximum of 4 weeks’ wait between registration and the check-up. A major advantage of this programme is that the results of all the individual checks are considered as a whole and combined to form an overall picture - this significantly increases the informative value of each check.
Voluntary and confidential
You decide if you want to register for the checks. Only you will receive your examination results - not your employer. It goes without saying, medical confidentiality also applies here. Fresenius Medical Care covers the cost of the check. You can also book optional additional services at special rates.

Eligibility
The Jubi Health Check is open to employees of participating companies, whether or not they are covered by a collective agreement.
Clinics
The Jubi Health Check is carried out in the Helios Prevention Centres (HPC). These medical centres specialise in prevention and diagnostics. The Helios specialists and the excellent equipment, ensure you receive the best possible medical care. The centres are located in Berlin, Krefeld, Leipzig, Munich and Wiesbaden. In Hamburg, examinations are done at the DZF Diagnostic Centre Fleetinsel Hamburg.
Frequency
You will receive a voucher for the Jubi Health Check for the first time on your tenth service anniversary and every five years from your 20th service anniversary (up to a maximum of 45 years with the company).
If you took part in the check on your 10th service anniversary or if you joined Fresenius Medical Care or one of the previously authorised Fresenius companies between 2002 and 2005, you will also receive a voucher on your 15th anniversary with the company.
The vouchers are valid for 6 months from your anniversary.
Charges
Don't worry about the costs - these will be settled directly via Fresenius Medical Care.
Fresenius Medical Care will also pay taxes and social security contributions incurred for the check. You will only be responsible for your travel expenses. If you have any questions, your contact in Compensation Management will be happy to help you.

It is up to you to decide whether you want to register for the test. Of course, only you will receive your test results - not your employer. Of course, medical confidentiality also applies here.
